“Journey Well is a restorative massage and bodywork space located in the quaint Main St. atmosphere of downtown North Wilkesboro. Thai Yoga Massage is our specialty, a niche style of bodywork with origins from Thailand. A typical session may include stretching, acupressure, deep compressions, and other soft tissue manipulation. Typically clients stay fully clothed and minimal oil is used. Other modalities are offered such as the common swedish and deep tissue massage. At Journey Well we believe massage and bodywork are effective modalities to promote mental and physical well being. All sessions are catered to individuals comfort level and mobility.”
